Requirements

Experience sought; minimum 10 years relevant experience including Senior Management, track record in underwriting, product development, marketing, and profitable growth. A thorough understanding of Political Risk, Structured Credit or Trade Credit insurances is essential

The CUO will lead the underwriting and associated teams, including field offices, with an initial headcount responsibility of c.20 staff. Duties include; departmental planning, budgeting, corporate initiatives, product development, Agency strategy, identifying new opportunities, market and pricing research, key client management, and guiding the underwriting team into meeting its targets
